01/Approach
02/Process
Most homeowners have been burned by an AV install — surprise charges, mystery wiring, an integrator who stopped answering the phone after the check cleared. Our process exists to make every step verifiable, in writing, and in your hands.
01
A site walk. Listening. Sketches in a notebook. We learn how you live before we touch a wire.
You receive
A written scope brief — rooms, intents, constraints, budget anchors — in your inbox the same week.
02
A written proposal: 3D renderings, exact equipment, fixed pricing. No vague line items, no surprises.
You receive
A fixed-price proposal with itemised equipment, 3D renderings of key rooms, and a signed engagement letter.
03
Our crew, not subcontractors. All wiring concealed before drywall. Daily progress photos in your inbox.
You receive
Daily progress photos, a labelled rack room, concealed cable runs, and a punch-list before the homeowner walks the space.
04
Calibration, on-site training, full owner’s documentation. We don’t leave until the system is invisible.
You receive
A one-hour owner walkthrough, room-by-room scene configuration, and a printed quick-reference guide on the kitchen counter.
05
Five-year workmanship warranty included. Lifetime priority support. Proactive monitoring, not reactive panic.
You receive
A 5-year workmanship warranty document, a priority-support phone number, and a quarterly health-check email for the life of the home.
03/Services
From a single hidden speaker to a fifteen-zone integrated system. We design, install, and maintain all of it — so the warranty path is one phone call, not seven.
04/Smart Home Control
Automation isn’t a feature, it’s the umbrella that holds lighting, audio, video, climate, and security under a single experience. The platform you choose decides whether that experience lasts a decade or feels stale in two.
One app, one experience
Lights, climate, audio, video, security, shades — all in a single phone or in-wall app. No more eight remotes on the coffee table.
Scenes that match how you live
"Movie", "Dinner", "Goodnight" — one tap dims lights, lowers shades, pre-heats the theater, arms the perimeter. Programmed once, used forever.
Built to last 20 years
Wired backbone, professional commissioning, programming we own. The app evolves; the system underneath stays solid for two decades, not two.
The two platforms we sell + program

Mainstream luxury — turnkey, broad ecosystem.
The right answer for ~80% of luxury homes in the KC metro. Turnkey programming, broad device support, mature app, the deepest third-party ecosystem in the category. Sized for $1M–$3M homes that want one platform doing everything.

Authorized Dealer
Bespoke estate-grade — custom UIs, custom logic.
For $3M+ homes where the owner wants the touchpanel UI custom-designed to their house and bespoke automation logic ("if the driveway camera sees the white SUV between 3–5 pm, open the garage + disarm the alarm + start the kids' playlist"). Daniel does the Crestron programming personally.
05/Intelligent Lighting
Intelligent lighting isn’t a dimmer with an app. It’s a system that knows the time of day, the position of the sun, the color temperature of the light outside your window — and quietly tunes every fixture in your home to match. Warm amber at dawn, crisp daylight at noon, firelight at dinner. Without you ever touching a keypad.
We design these systems on Lutron Ketra — the only architectural lighting platform that color-tunes along the natural black-body curve, the same curve the sun moves on. Paired with Lutron HomeWorks for control, motorized shades for daylight harvesting, and scene programming so “Movie” or “Dinner” or “Goodnight” is one button — and twenty years from now, still one button.
06/Distributed AV
The control system in the rack is invisible. The speakers in the ceiling are invisible. The wires are invisible. What you hear is music in every room you walk into. What you see on any TV is whatever source you want, no remote-juggling required.
Every room, on cue
Music follows you from kitchen to patio to bedroom. The same playlist, the same volume, the same EQ — handed off seamlessly as you walk through the house.
Invisible by design
In-ceiling and in-wall speakers disappear into the architecture. No bulky towers, no visible wires. The room looks finished — until you press play.
One screen, every source
Cable, Apple TV, Plex, security cameras, doorbell, theater — any source on any screen in the house. No HDMI swap, no input dance. Just pick what you want.
Two sides of the same system
AUDIO
From vinyl listening room to reference theater.
Reference-grade loudspeakers in the theater. Background-perfect in every other room. Invisible architectural speakers where the design demands it, marine-grade outdoor where the patio does. McIntosh / Parasound / Schiit electronics for stereo listening rooms. Rega + Pro-Ject for the analog corner. Marantz / Denon / Integra / Yamaha receivers for surround. PowerSoft / Lea / QSC professional amps for whole-house zone audio. The brands below are the platforms we trust to live in a home for twenty years and still sound right.
VIDEO
Mainstream luxury to reference theater, indoor + out.
Mainstream-luxury panels from Sony / LG / Samsung / TCL in living rooms + bedrooms. Loewe + CSEED for the houses where the TV is part of the architecture. Weatherproof Sunbrite outside. LED video walls — Just Video Walls / Planar / Media Resources — for impact spaces. Reference theater projection (JVC / Sony / Panasonic / BenQ) with Kaleidescape movie servers and madVR video processing for the rooms where picture quality is the whole point.

The install is the easy part. What separates us is what happens twelve months in, six years in, twenty years in. Here’s what a few of our long-term clients have said.
Home Theater + Smart Home
Daniel walked us through every detail twice — once before drywall, once before paint. Six years later we still haven’t had to call. That’s the whole point.

Full-Home Automation
I’d hired three integrators before IntegrateIT. The other two went quiet after the install. Daniel’s team picks up the phone.

Golf Simulator
The simulator was the dream, the install was the magic. They built it in seven days and stayed two more to dial it in.

10/Questions
In ten years of conversations, these are the questions that come up again and again. Honest answers below — no fluff, no marketing-speak. If yours isn’t here, ask us directly.
It depends on scope, but a sense of the range: a single dedicated home theater runs $28-240k, a whole-home automation system $18-175k, a residential golf simulator $32-165k. The estimator (08/Begin → Estimate) walks you through a more specific number in about 60 seconds. Final pricing always happens after a site walk.
From signed proposal to working system: typically 4-12 weeks depending on construction status. New construction installs are faster (we wire before drywall). Retrofits in finished homes take longer because we conceal every wire — which is the whole point.
Our workmanship — every wire, every termination, every install detail we touched. If a Lutron keypad stops working because of how we mounted it, that's on us. If the keypad itself fails, we coordinate the manufacturer warranty (Lutron, Control4, etc. all carry their own coverage, typically 2-5 years).
Yes. Our home base is Overland Park, KS. We routinely work across the KC metro (KS + MO sides), Lake of the Ozarks, and South Florida (Boca Raton, Naples, Palm Beach). For projects further afield we'll quote travel separately — typically estate-scale projects ($500k+) where it's worth the trip.
Always preferred. We're at our best when we're brought in at design phase — we work directly with your team to spec the system into the architecture, hide everything, and stay invisible. We've worked with most of the top firms in the metro and are happy to circulate references.
Eighteen authorized partnerships, including Control4 (Platinum), Crestron, Lutron, Sonance, NAD, Wisdom Audio, Loewe, Coastal Source, AVPro Edge, Ubiquiti, Foresight Sports, Uneekor, Carl's Place, and others. We pick the brand to the project — not the other way around. The full roster is at 07 / Partners.
We don't carry financing in-house, but our typical clients use a home-equity line or a builder's construction loan for new builds. We're happy to coordinate billing milestones with your bank or builder so it fits their draw schedule.
Calibration day (we walk the whole system with you), training day (we sit down with everyone in the household who uses it), a full owner's binder (PDF + printed), and unlimited priority support for the next five years. After that we transition to our annual maintenance program — optional, $1,800/year for whole-home systems.
Yes — once we're past initial consultation, we'll arrange a visit to a finished home (with the owner's permission). Our showroom in Overland Park also has working installations of every category we sell — theater, lighting, golf sim, networking. By appointment.
Two things. First: Daniel personally walks every project, from consult through punch list. Second: when something fails six years from now, the person you call is the same person who designed it. National chains optimize for volume; we optimize for the last twenty years of your house.

A note from the founders
We started IntegrateIT to create the kind of experience we would want in our own home — personal, thoughtful, and built with care. Every home and every family is different, and we believe the technology should feel seamless, intuitive, and truly designed around the way people live.
Co-Founder · Operations + Technical
20 years in IT. The engineer behind every install.
I've spent the last several years in AV integration building systems that are meant to work beautifully long after the project is finished. I co-founded IntegrateIT with my wife, Moran, in 2021, and I'm involved in every project from the system design and programming to the final walkthrough and calibration.
What matters most to me is that our clients always know who they're calling. Years later, when something needs attention or a system needs adjusting, you're still reaching the same person who built it. That level of accountability and long-term relationship is the reason IntegrateIT exists.

The first voice you'll hear, and the standard for every detail.
I work closely with architects, designers, builders, and trades from the very beginning of each project, helping coordinate the process and making sure everything comes together smoothly. I oversee the business development, operations, and relationships that are such a big part of what makes our projects successful.
What I love most about this industry is that every project is completely different. Every home, every client, and every vision brings something new, which keeps the work exciting and creative. I also truly love building this business alongside my talented husband and creating spaces together that are both beautiful and functional.
