Effective August 9, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into with IntegrateIT LLC ("IntegrateIT," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the IntegrateIT website, customer portal, and messaging program. By using our services or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. SERVICES IntegrateIT provides audio-visual, smart-home, network, and security system design, installation, and support services, along with an online customer portal for managing your projects, appointments, and invoices. SMS TEXT MESSAGING TERMS • Program: By opting in, you agree to receive account- and service-related text messages from IntegrateIT, including appointment reminders, technician ETA updates, service and ticket notifications, invoice and payment notices, and customer-care replies. • Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or financing. You may decline, or opt out at any time, without affecting the services we provide to you. • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop messaging you unless you opt in again. • Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (913) 804-7575. • Data sharing: We will not sell or share your mobile information, text-messaging opt-in, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. • Eligibility: You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you must be of legal age to consent. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree to use our website and portal only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The content, design, and software of our website and portal are owned by IntegrateIT or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Our website, portal, and messaging program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntegrateIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these services. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you and IntegrateIT consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. PRIVACY Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information, including mobile data and text-messaging consent. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest version.
