Brookside projects almost always start with a constraint: the homeowner loves the 1920s-era architecture, wants the convenience of a modern smart home, and does NOT want any of it visible. Our Brookside playbook leans on retrofit-friendly wireless backbones (Lutron RA3 + Sonos for the rooms that don't justify in-wall pulls), strategic in-wall pulls for the rooms that do, and surface-mount keypads chosen specifically to read as period-appropriate hardware. The art is in the restraint.
