By using our services or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. SERVICES IntegrateIT provides audio-visual, smart-home, network, and security system design, installation, and support services, along with an online customer portal for managing your projects, appointments, and invoices. SMS TEXT MESSAGING TERMS • Program: By opting in, you agree to receive account- and service-related text messages from IntegrateIT, including appointment reminders, technician ETA updates, service and ticket notifications, invoice and payment notices, and customer-care replies. • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop messaging you unless you opt in again. • Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (913) 804-7575. • Data sharing: We will not sell or share your mobile information, text-messaging opt-in, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. • Eligibility: You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you must be of legal age to consent. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree to use our website and portal only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
